    Thanks for this Coach Baker. I just had my first child and I'm trying your "Training Without a Plan" and getting used to training with heavy singles. I hit my first 500 deadlift a few weeks ago.

    Thank you for this info brother . I am currently doing the mad cow 5x5 week 3 it’s a solid program. It’s similar to what your talking about .
