@AOLMEANWOODLS7 it might sound like switching to you however it sound like someone who has told the truth to the best of his knowledge.There was no witness to confirm if he was at the scene at the time of the incident. Just like he stated he heard fireworks and ran round the corner. He has no reason to lie about getting into the car with the artist in question. The incident happened 19/ 20 years ago, I think its time to leave alone.
Let's look at the bigger picture here. You are bringing guns to take someone's life so this was destined to happen,no matter what.
At the age 16, if he did or not he has every right to grass. He might not show it but he is traumatised by this whole incident and the facts this comes up over and over again its just not necessary.

Sounds to me like they got Titch on joint enterprise. Now, I won't claim to know the ins and outs of the entire case, so I'll just talk in general...
If someone is murdered and you played a hand in that person being murdered you are just as much responsible as the person who pulled the trigger. If you set the meeting up, you are responsible. If you were there and knew one of your accomplices was carrying a weapon, you are just as much responsible. The only argument would be if you were there and never had an idea anything was going to happen, as in you just jumped in the car because they were your mates, but you knew nothing of their plan and suddenly you were caught up with no warning. Even then you'd have to prove that was the case, and yes, it would involve 'snitching' on your friends. I'd have zero problem doing that, because any friends who put you in that situation are not your real friends, and I would not serve any sentence for some dumb street code.
I am not saying Titch knew any of that, but there was an argument about lyrics in a track and who was involved in that track, so I doubt Titch is an innocent as he states.
Maybe he didn't think Richard would he murdered, but that's the problem with silly beef. Things can happen and there are consequences to getting involved in a fight.
First paragraph, I 100% agree. The rest I can't comment on because I don't know anything about this case, it just showed up in my feed.

@AlanBrownSugar Titch may not have pulled the trigger, but he was involved, so under joint enterprise law he is as guilty as the person who pulled the trigger. As said, if you travel to get someone knowing the person you're with has a gun, you are just as responsible as the person who pulled the trigger. Now, both you nor I know whether Titch knew his accomplice had a gun, but that's the exact reason why you shouldn't get involved with nonsense. One dumb decision over some silly beef can ruin your life forever. Prisons are full of people who made the wrong decisions wishing they could turn back the clock.
When you get interviewed you do not know what information the police have already so when you go into a interview talking you do not know wether what you are saying is the 1st piece of the jigsaw or the last piece of the jigsaw..this is why you keep your mouth closed even if you did do it or was involved or not
He got grabbed at the scene of the crime the first interview then they kept grabbing him again, the second time he had been advised they were coming and he phoned a friend on some who wants to be a millionaire ting and asked for advice.. His older told him what to and what not to say.. Its a sticky 1 still cause more time he was young and if he was thought to be lying he could be even implicated in the m charge. Crazy things Like that can happen and especially as it seems they bagged titch with no real evidence other than witness testimony and thats the weakest form of evidence especially when others evidence contradicts the theory that had titch sentenced
