I mean... this was at a low point for Doctor Who. It's not like it really ever aired stateside in the 80s since American fans weren't happy that Tom Baker was recast. Pretty surreal to hear it on TPIR, though.
@@BlueCrystalTear I know some PBS stationed aired it (WTTW in Chicago, for example)... but yeah, it was kind of a low point for the series at the time.
Hopefully in the future, we get to see the nineties episodes all the way to between the illness of Roddy and the debut of Fields

I didn’t know that that was the theme to Doctor Who. I’ve never seen that program on television back in the 1980s. I was just a little kid.
