I have been buying this vacuum for years. Needless to say I purchased 2 in January 2024 and both motor heads are shot. Will not purchase this vacuum again. Very disappointing.
I have no idea that these vacuums have such a problems , we gave it to someone so I do t know if the vacuum still works for them or not . Thanks
