Super excited to fly it :D
*Congratulations!🥳 I've just acknowledged🤔 that I've been waiting for the flying A380 model video for 18 months!🤯*
*That was a huge pile of work!💪*
Fly after completing livery
*It's time to build an AN-225😎*
UPD: Thanks, everybody, for the likes and attention to my latest video! You're the best!😊
We toooo☺️☺️☺️
@@craftyukraine my project in depron took me 3 days... i thought i would never finish.🤣🤣🤣
“Please don’t skip to the end?” It’s rare one gets to watch a true craftsman in their element. Why would anyone skip to the end?! Fantastic work, and great finish, Ramy!
Thank you, glad you liked it!
Why would anyone skip to the end? It's almost 40 minutes but doesn't have to be!
Edit: after getting to the end, I have a new reply... I would say instead of skipping to the end, maybe just don't watch... The reason to skip to the end would be to skip to see the flight... Well there is no flight. You watch so the boring stuff that caters to a small group of people assuming that you'll get to see the plane fly at the end. It's annoying when that doesn't happen.
@@cflin4637 He made a beautiful plane from scratch that is a model of an a380, that taxis and looks well on the way to flying. You do not seem to understand the true craftsmanship that went into this amazing beast. It does not just appear from nowhere then he can fly it. It took over a YEAR to build and this is a series that he shared of him building this aircraft. If you want some shitty complication of people flying foam planes then go look elsewhere. Have some respect.
Because people have VERY short attention spans. No patience for what this man does. Could never build what he has built.
@@coolruehle maybe, or maybe want to spend their time doing something themselves as opposed to watching someone else live their life. Not a matter of patience or ability, it's a matter of how one values their time and how they choose to spend it.
What a skilled and talented legend.
Also seems like a nice bloke as well.
I don't think people have the slightest idea what is actually involved in scratch building a large scale model aircraft and yet here we have someone who makes it look easy.
I wish you nothing but success with your current and future endeavours.
You deserve it...
congrats on the little flight. Looks great, inside is super clean.
Thank you my friend
@@RamyRC Bro you got mad skills! About when will you maiden her?
Simply wonderful. I've been following your channel for years, your progression from foam planes to composite planes has been great. Ability to use CNC benches, 3D drawing on a computer. Super cool to watch. Trust me, I know how much study and time it takes, but the result is now visible. Don't worry too much about the maiden flight, everything is done properly and precisely, this plane flies like an angel. Once again, wonderful
Thank you Marko!
Wow, I remember back to your first A380 which feels like ages ago! Definitely a huge improvement, can't wait to see the livery and maiden :D
Because it was ages ago
Garatuliere Dir von Herzen Ramy ! Übrigens war das definitiv der erste Flug ! "Alle Räder vom Boden weg" ! Klasse !
Vielen Dank Martin!
Well done Ramy, she is a beast! Take your time to do the livery and maiden her. Pretty sure she will fly rock solid. That ground effect take off with no flaps looked sweet. Good thing you had no flaps because it makes handling crosswind even harder. Absolutely the most impressive RC build on UA-cam ever.
Can’t wait to see her all finished up! Stellar work as per usual Ramy, keep it up 👍🏼
Thank you very much!
nicely said, it is not finished yet... 🤣
As EK staff I'm very glad you chose the Emirates livery. We love the Fatbus over here and there's actually a few schemes to choose from as the country use their aircraft as promotional billboards.
Finish the livery. She deserves to be flown in all her beauty. Good job mate!
Your wiring harness is exceptional! Bravo! That bird wants to fly 🙂
Fantastic build Ramy 💪🏻 can I come film the inaugural flight live! We will cover all costs 👍🏻
It’s huge work man, congrats 👏
It just needs one more certification 😉
Thanks Buddy!
Absolutely love this mega episode of the a380👏👏👏
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a project to enjoy watching.
This is a work of art!! You are a true master of your craft and I found myself smiling and even clapping when the plane took off for a bit the first time. 😁 Absolutely love the pride you take with wire management and I feel you and I would get along well. Haha. I also love keeping my wires in order. 😁
Well done on this build, it is truly impressive and inspirational. Looking forward to watching the maiden flight next. All the best. 😎👍
I was hoping you would do the ''jump tests'' with takeoff flaps! I believe it would've floated right away.
SUPER great job! I honestly can't wait when she has the Emirates scheme on her and 9000mAh LiPo's. She'll be a queen in the skies!
King!
This is quite outstanding. Just the fact that you made this A380 from scratch, with such hard work, dedication, pinpoint attention to detail and to see it in action. Bravo mate, bravo!
Great work Ramy. My GF Dianna and I love watching your enthusiasm and talent building and flying your aircraft master pieces. Yes maiden it without the livery, don't need the extra weight. Keep up the great work. Dianna and John.
Hey Ramy, great video… your videos are all so enjoyable and love the back ground music and where you live. Most of all I love to see your skill in action… I flew the B747 for 29 years… btw… ever thought about building a B747-SP? I’ve never seen an RC version… I flew that for a short time, but all other 747 models except -8. BUT… the best of all the past and current airline wide-body’s… the L1011… that was the best! Thanks again Ramy! Well done!
Ramy i would love to see you try out actual fowler flaps on one of these projects! Have you ever used them before? Love the vids! Excellent craftsman!
Very much an example of no-compromise modelling. The landing gear are perfect! all of it's perfect!
Wow wow wow, I have no words to describe the pleasure of seeing that beautiful finished aircraft. It was worth the wait. And the next flight do it the way you want, it will always be a gift to see that bird fly . Many congratulations
Your modelling skills are outstanding love watching your video's, looking forward to seeing many more, keep up the good work Ramy !
What a masterpiece of art and engeenering. Congratulations Ramy. 💪🏽
I love the chuckle you make when viewing the gear up from inside! That's the chuckle of satisfaction of a job done good!
Such Craftsmanship ! What a beauty !!! My vote is paint it before the maiden, we now know no doubt IT WILL FLY !
congrats on the project! everything's changed so much since when I first watched you in like 2018. big improvement
Yay! Very happy for you Ramy! You're probably the only UA-camr I know how regularly uploads crazy amazing scale models for us viewers to see! Thank you for this wonderful opportunity for allowing us to hitch a ride in your scale modelling! Keep up the great work!
Cheers, Adrian :D
Man what an engineering and manufacturing accomplishment. Cheered when you took off, for the first bunny hop.
If you haven't done a video of your RC "hanger" I can only imagine it would be quite impressive with the number of planes you have made and their sheer size! Impressive work, well done!
There are no words to describe how exciting this is. I am so happy for you!
Amazing, you inspired me so much for my buildings! Now I am so excited to finish my 737-800 project. Thank you
Fly it when YOU want to fly it…..I’m just here for the ride and loving every step of it! 👌
I gotta say it, man, I never got tired of watching your videos, what you do is best
Awesome job man. I have been waiting for this for a long time. This plane will look great. It's still a shame that there are no spoilers, though. It would have made it look so cool and scale. You have been an inspiration to me for a while. Thanks to you, I was able to build my first rc plane. And soon enough, I will be making Airliners. Congrats and looking forward to seeing the livery
*Congratulations!🥳 I've just acknowledged🤔 that I've been waiting for the flying A380 model video for 18 months!🤯*
*That was a huge pile of work!💪*
*Also, thank you for pleasant music and for a very relaxing content! I love to see the new videos on your channel, every time you upload something!😊*
Why some people are sooooo talented😭😭😭. Satisfaction 💯
Congratulations Ramy, don't rush it at the end just for UA-cam, take your time, do the maiden flight and then worry about the livery. All aircraft manufacturers fly their maiden as a white tail.
Although the Etihad livery is the best looking 380 livery, there is simply nothing more iconic and synonymous with the a380 than the Emirates livery
Emirates is the best
Etihad is pretty hard
THAI
You sir are a fkn genius. I’ve been watching you from the start. You are awesome. Can’t wait to see you do the livery and get her flying properly. Yes I think a bare maiden flight might be prudent in case you have to make any (ahem cough) ‘adjustments’ 😂 you wouldn’t want to waste all that livery work unnecessarily now would you?
The knowledge you have is worth it’s waight in gold.
Once again you have knocked it out of the park with this build. I would love to see you build a military jet like this I guarantee it would be a hit.
It is an amazing amount of progress, Ramy, is making over the years in skills and knowledge of aviation design and or build. Whether its manned aircraft, UAV and or RC, the technology and understanding are very similar. But the advice I offer, is that risks are usually proportional to the investments. To reduce risks and consider catastrophic failures, aviation designers use safety factors *[SF]. Which in my Aviation design days, SF where in their own right, catastrophic to my own success, consider I was under both CAA and FAA criteria and formulae. But for prototype and Experimental Aircraft [EA], most designers did apply some unique pioneering features, still to this day, not all are in the commercial domains. If we design under our own defined boundaries, then our expectations on bouncing over these boundaries are not usually a surprise. This skill is another tool in the workshop. Setting boundaries, testing those defined boundaries and NOT being surprised. TEST and TEST but know exactly what you are testing and the expected result before you test.
When you start mixing alot of electronic controls and composites, the whole system need to be tested. Corrosive, predator, EMF, humidity, condensation, stress, UV, aging, thermal ad many more interferences. However, this is a hobbie or is it.
So Ramy, please test everything with a clearly defined system test plan and estimate expected results.
Agreed. I've encountered the same things in new and complex projects. Even a model can present similar challenges to the designer, just like a full scale plane. Despite the order of magnitude between differences of a man carrying machine versus model, a sound method is important.
I think Ramey will do well with his newest queen of the skies.
@@triskellian Yes, I see Ramy doing well, however more he relies on 3rd part gadgets, the more complex the issues. I tend to go back to the KISS principals, even with electronics, scaling and testing etc.
@@DavidMullins1 Simpler is a good way to go. My last project had only the essential equipment to fly. I'll make some exceptions such as a bigger battery hatch or go with wing bolts instead of rubber bands. For me, as long as the method allows for the best experience.
Would love to see an interior view of the gears during landing and takeoff! Well done, as always, Mr. Ramy!!
Wow!! She's huge!! And the cockpit window design looks better than the on one on the A380 airliner. Very very nice. Please keep coming out with more vlogs!!
This is not just a model airplane. It's a work of art.
It looks really good, cant wait to see it on the Air.
Any plans for your next project yet ? An L1011 would be pretty cool
Should it not be an An-225?
Sitting here this morning with a large mug of Hot coffee enjoying the video. That was quite the surprise at the end. No flaps and not nose heavy on the first try is a win.
Congs, Ramy. The A380 deserves a paved runway.
Man! That control board is a work of art alone !!
That’s so well designed and put together. Awesome work you did with this project. It’s good to hear you recovered and are feeling much better. Thank you.
Ramy I am so happy to see another beautiful plane built by you. You are a very gifted builder as all your projects prove, and without a doubt I believe you should complete the plane with the livery before unveiling with your maiden flight... My congratulations to you, and looking forward to your next video....!
No doubt, I would love to see it fly, what an amazing build.
That small lift off looked so majestic!
I agree - maiden it without the livery.
It looks really good, you should put the livery on on the maiden flight
This is a 11/10 man!
i can tell that the a380 still cannot fly high that yet. Continue on what you're doing ramy. It's amazing
It's amazingly beautiful now, imagine when it's finished!
I am always amazed to see you do your WORK. I love the way you show us how every part works and
how you explain things so clear. Loved it ! You are the BEST !
The A380 is renown for its low approach and take off speed, due to the huge, high lift wing... it looks like you've got the aerodynamics absolutely right!!! Brilliant!!!
your attention to details and workmanship are perfect.
I love how fast your building abilities have grown, also like the longer video. Beautiful craftsmanship as always.
Dude, your modeling skills have improved exponentially, job well done
Great job Ramy! When the A380s came from the workshop, they flew their tests without painting on it. So bring this big mama up in the air. ;-)
Ramy = dedication and hard work!!! This man creates beautiful aircraft!!!
That is amazing!! I watch how much you've grown on this work since that first 737 Max and that's so inspiring for me and my paper models. I lost all my breath when i saw those main wheels come out of the grass and those seconds hovering on ground effect. Can't wait to see it finally take to the air for real with the Emirates livery!! Congrats so much👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Such a nice guy, I am extremely impressed with your work, AMAZING
Beautiful Ramy, I can’t believe I used to watch you build airliners from foamboard - boy oh boy have you progressed, it’s like VW bug to Porsche 911 GTS in a few years! Finally an A380 that is actually scale, there are a few giant RC super jumbos but they lack the finesse of the European masterpiece, you captured it perfectly. Next I would love to see Airbus’ 2050 concept airliner, a challenge but the next step surely.
Please do the livery first!! Also show the final assembly footage in the livery video!! It is really satisfying, the viewers would love to see it!
Definitely complete the livery before maiden flight! Beautiful work!!!
I think you should finish the plane for the maiden. Your expertise in doing the finish will only add to the excitment of the maiden. You already know it will fly so the only thing you really need to do is get the CG established after applying the vinyl. So good to see the plane finally together. Great job. Look forward to seeing the video of you finishing the plane and then the maiden.
would love to see a video, where you explain in detail all the electronics, and you are using stuff we normal people never use.
Never apologise for making a long video, Ramy! 🙂 This isn't TikTok - I'm sure that your viewers have an attention span longer than 30 seconds.
We love watching what you do; every minute's a treat. I think anyone watching this channel appreciates that they're getting something special.
Maybe I'm a bit of a nerd/ geek/ freak, but I often watch your videos twice, to pick out details that I may have missed the first time. 👀
I wonder if anyone skipped to the end of this Comment... 🤔
Congratulations for your channel. You are getting better every time. The amount of work and love you put into your models is outstanding. You inspire many of us. Designing, building and flying RC planes is a complicated but very satisfying hobby. Cheers.
Everyone in the flying community hates the A380 but I think it’s the most beautiful plane ever made 🥺 I love them so much. I understand how impractical they are and not efficient but they’re beautiful
Wow, just wow! All the best from Scotland.
Dearest Ramy,
U really need not tell us not to skip ur vdos, in reality we actually watch the entire vdos because ur creativity is on the next level bro....lots of love and regards from INDIA
Ramy the built is just amazing. Of course I would love to see two maiden flights!
Amazing video- it already has 1 flight on it. I’m voting on placing the vinyl and color scheme on the aircraft before the maiden. It adds that much more excitement for the flight.
Congratulations on a beautiful Airliner.
AHHHHH! Almost took off! Splendid my friend. Can't wait.
I have been watching you for years now, I am very impressed how you have gotten better and better with each biuld!! You are a very impressive young man with tons of skill and you make it look so simple and explain it so a novice like myself can understand what you have done.
Thanks for sharing and keep after it .
Great editing makes for great viewing ! Fantastic work, as usual and the end product is looking amazing. Thanks again.
While I don't ever foresee myself getting this into the hobby, I applaud you and thank you for all the effort you go through for these builds. You truly give us all really great inspiration.
Thank you. We love your work.
Ramy excellent, as a fellow crafts man and aviation engineer, and having worked on the 380 at Lufthansa you pushed yourself with this one. This model has scope for later mods like leading edge flaps spoilers , flap tracks Fowler flaps , and Trimble rear stabilizer. But hay get this baby flying , and yes Emirates livery is the best.
It certainly was a short fly but it means so much for you ! Congrats for this amazing build ! It looks fantastic !
22:34 perfect , smooth really loved it
I’m still in awe of your amazing knowledge when it comes to the electronics and the electrical installations!
Congratulations on a successful first flight! It's been a blast watching this plane come together through your ingenuity and skill.
That looks beautiful! Nice work. I can’t wait to see it fly!
That first lift off was beautiful
... and it's the "complicated stuff" that you enjoy so much, I find the most interesting! :)
Ramy everytime i watch your videos i go back in time and feel like a little boy because i´m stunned by your work i mean details etc love it
Incredible detail. Having arthritis in my fingers and hand I can appreciate all of that fine detail work on your electronics. What a beautiful plane.
Wow! How far you have come! It's been great to watch your progress - what an achievement!
9000mAh? Go big or go home... let's go with 20,000mAh! With that power to weight ratio and the sheer size of those wings, that gorgeous plane can carry it! Fantastic job!
If you ask me, the plane is done as far as flying goes. Livery is feelgood when applied but as you noted, she's wanna fly. Let her, the sooner the better! Good choice about livery imho!
The landing gear is amazing! Well done!
Fantastic! Waiting to see with the painting job 🤩✈️👏
Finish it off!! Great job. Congrats.
