I have been cutting & coloring hair for over 25 years all over the world. Starting my hairdressing life in Australia, were I was born, was a lot different from today were I still cut behind the chair in a salon I own in Texas. 2016 is going to be a big one on so many levels for this industry with UA-cam taking a new level of social media and opening the door to a new client-hairdresser relationship.

I don't like the nape area. If not clean cut through there, it begins to flip up. I would of shaved that area down and built it up gradually in the back, then went through and created the texture. I've been wearing a pixie for years. Women want a more defined, cleaner hair style which can be made messy on top, but clean throughout. Still, I love the look on her

You rarely show how you connect the top with the sides or if you don't. Why is that? Mot showing the complete cut.
