Health question for you Sophia - How much coffee are you drinking each day? I’m worried that your coffee intake could be unhealthy from your acne!? It’s just a worry I have re coffee and diabetes.

Hi 🙂 love your blogs. I tend to lean towards relaxing blogs that aren’t too overly stimulating. In regards to your acne, you’re experiencing digestion / gut issues as well as a hormonal imbalance. Look up acne face map. Highly recommend that you work with a nauropathic or functional medicine doctor who can do a DUTCH test for you. It will answer a lot of your questions / things you don’t you have as well as clear up the acne. Hope this helps you out 🙂 currently seeing Doctor Paria in San Diego (she only works with patients virtual) and she’s helping with better managing Hashimotos and detoxing my body. She also helped me balance out my hormones. Highly recommend her 🙂. Side note I’m currently reading “Count your lucky stars” and 🤐 the cover is misleading lol
