So true that passion for music dance and artwork luckily having foundation while you were training a Balavihar student in me simultaneously has come fruitful and at 77yrs I sing choreograph dance for my daughters school abroad as well and do sketches awa6 from boring economics statistics and political science forced Arts graduate in 1966 only a qualification for marriage
I have suffered severe depression...due to depression i had to leave behind many objectives...i dont want this hellish life...plz help me..i also want to live life normally like others..
The way out of depression is expression, as I have come to realize. There are energies within you which need expression in proper channels. You need to forge those channels to be steadily created with diligence and care, with stability. Allow yourself to build it!!
