I was all set to go on my dream vacation to Ho chi Minh City, but my plans were thwarted when my Jetstar flight was delayed and then cancelled at the last minute! I was left stranded at the airport with no idea what to do.
It was a nightmare! I had to find a new flight and ended up paying a lot more money. I was so angry and disappointed with Jetstar.
This video is a warning to all travellers planning on using Jetstar. Don't let this happen to you! Choose another airline to avoid a similar travel nightmare.

I never would of thought about the visa date.
Lucky for me it was unaffected in the end, maybe I was just being too paranoid

Did Jetstar do anything to compensate you for the trouble?
It's different from the US with Australian airlines, they have no obligation to compensate for cancelations or overbookings. I will however tear shreds out of them when I get home and see what I can get. Hopefully, at least the flight refunded
