Supraventricular Tachycardia, or SVT, is an occurrence of rapid heart rate that begins above the heart’s ventricles. Patients who have Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia or PSVT also fall into this category.

When she asked what the doctors said when she went into the hospital the first thing I said was “You’re probably just having an anxiety attack” or “you’re dehydrated”. I’m so tired of hearing that. I suffer from anxiety so I know when I’m having an episode. I know when my body isn’t feeling normal. 😞
