Good stuff Alan. My wife and 10 year old built a cool little feature with the basin, pump and urn. I cored a couple rocks and added the light ring with the barb fitting. So 3 little points of interest. I'm luck enough to live 6 minutes from our buddy Charlie Holland, so my aquascape dealer is nice and close.
Charlie is the best
Thank for watching

Very helpful video! What size hole cutter did you use on the water basin Looked like about a 2 1/2" cutter. Do you use the same size hole opening regardless of whether it is 11/2" or 2" pipe?
I go by the size bulk fitting I’m using
Alan, how do 'normal' families (who don't have lifting equipment) manage big rocks? Any tips welcome, especially as I have a bad back and don't want my helpers to injure theirs!
You can rent equipment or only get manageable rocks
@@deckerspondscapes9291 Thanks... what do you suggest renting for a tiny access using dense rocks 50cm x 20cm x 30cm ?
😊
👍👍
How did you hide the Spillway? I always leave it level then I have to hide the top black edge. You started to show how you hide it when you were adding thr e extra seem tape to the bulk head area. Any advice is appreciated. Robert Draper Design Scapes by Robert Draper inc.
You need to be creative
@@deckerspondscapes9291 ok. Maybe lay it in the top pool. Then add foam and rock. The water will rise and spill over 1st spill.
