Love the content, man! Backyard beaters lol I'm digging the name too, sounds like my type of group😆. Man I can't wait to begin this one ton swap on my XJ. 05 super duty axles, triangulated 4 link, 40s, beadlocks, gonna be sweet. I'm almost ready to put it on the stands and begin. Keep up the work on the channel. Good stuff, I've got to learn this editing process so I can start uploading content for my channel. Ive got some really great upgrades going into the XJ and it would make for a ton of content.
Awesome job bro! I'm new to the channel, but I'm super glad I found it! I live in Central WA and I'm pretty new to "real off-roading". I got myself a 93 4runner and I'm hoping to have it ready to hit some trails this summer. Thanks for making videos man.
Love the content man! Keep up the good work! One day ill get my zj on tons. currently shes got a 5.5in rock link long arm kit, 231 tcase, 33in tire an lockers ✊
Hey I just seen another video didnt know you were local to me I'm 30 min from larch we are on the trails as much as we can during the summer. You and your buddies can join "too broke too wheel pnw" a lot of us are local and wheel larch and browns camp. The group is open to everyone local no discrimination on vehicle or anything else.
Ended up at 130” hub to hub. Pretty long but full hydro and front digs really help with the turning, and the extra wheel base should be great for the sand dunes.
Random question I was just given a whole 4-6" Clayton long arm kit for a 2017 jk... How difficult would it be to get it on my zj? the only real difference that I can tell is the lower rear control arms.
Anything is possible with a welder and a grinder, but the crossmember isn’t going to line up so you would need to weld it in, and the links may not be the correct length since they were made for something else. But yeah I mean you can cut weld and make anything fit anything
@@BackyardBeaters hahahaha love the can do attitude that's pretty much what I was thinking I hope I can get her going very soon... Thanks for the videos btw definitely almost gave up awhile back and watched a video and then out of nowhere got all kinds of stuff for my project so definitely not giving up
@@brick8253 love to hear that! Never quit, make a checklist, and mark off 1 small thing a day if ya gotta, sometimes it’s hard to see the progress if there’s so much work left and it’s hard to stay motivated, checklists really help me in that sense cuz I can cross something off and visibly see the progress 🤘🏼

Are the shocks side x side fox shocks?
They are fox, but not off a sxs.
Follow up on the 1tons
👍🏾
Why so much wheel spacer?
Cheap wheels don’t have a ton of backspacing options, and they help clear the big coilovers at full flex.
What size tire you running
42” iroks
Cut off the back end and cage it I'll sent you pictures of my buddies
Um yeah .. bye bye
