Solenoid Winding

Solenoids are specialist windings with a high number of turns. NDE have the capabilities to produce solenoid coils on both single spindle and multi-spindle machines. Our machinery allows automatic termination, once the winding cycle is complete.
At the point the solenoid is wound, it is manually loaded onto an automatic dip soldering carousel. This process allows a quick and very consistent solder.
We manufacture solenoid coils for low, medium and high volume projects. We also offer a prototyping service.
