Custom Metal "HOLD THE DOOR" Stop - HODOR Game of Thrones Inspired

Inspired by one of my favorite scenes in the Game Of Thrones series is this custom designed "Hold The Door" stopper. I know the whole point of the scene was to keep the door shut to protect the magic kid but this door stop is meant to keep my door from locking students out during the work day. I think I'm the only one there that thinks this is funny but I still wanted to build it!
Did some quick measurements based on a previous wooden model and what material I had in our recycled pile. The square tubing was originally from some old railings, the flat 1/8" sheet was donated, and the 1" round steel was an offcut from a previous project.
I document everything to show students the process of design, material choice, tool use, and adapting what you have to make it work.
