Hola! Puedes usar un globo r9 Con agua y amarrar abajo al principio y final del arco... Y los globos los amarras cada cuarteto entre si Esto lo sostendrá y te evitarás la base Espero te sea de utilidad!

This stand won’t work outside, needs to be a heavier base. It may work if you can tie it down 🤗
