Holy musical, Batman! It's time for crime-fighting shenanigans with everyone's second favorite superhero (right after Spider-Man). After witnessing the murder of his parents, a young billionaire makes a solemn vow to dress up like a bat and wage a one-man war on the rouges of Gotham. So get ready to see the Dark Knight the way you always dreamed of... singing and dancing!

I legitimately think that the Lego Batman movie took heavy inspiration from this musical.
I gotta admit, that bit where Batman appears out of nowhere in those flashing lights, and beats the shit out of a goon while listing off his injuries… that genuinely feels like a Batman moment. Surprising, I know.

I love how in this they just spend about ten seconds in the origin but you can tell how sad Batman is and we already know the origin so it doesn’t matter. All the other movies should this.

I like to come back to this musical because out of all the Starkid ones, I think this is the best, in terms of humor and consistently good songs. It's my favorite
