Just got back from a wedding that used this song for their first dance. It was freaking great.
I used it for my first dance last week and everyone afterwards was saying how much they loved my song choice!! 💖💖
To me this feels perfect in almost a response to the original. The girl in the song felt the same way, but we never knew it. Now looking back she’s expressing her feelings she had about the first date as well. Showing that the guy was not the only one who was nervous but wanting the girl to be the one, but the girl feels the same but can’t express it either.
