My bikes got 2 little screw covers over the calliper pins, i think they’re just to stop the pin from vibrating lose, problem is the rear cover has been mangled (oops) and is stuck on 😂
Thanks for watching, and please subscribe if you haven't already done so. Is your bike pre 2021 or 2021 onwards ,as I know there was a face lift on the bike along with a few changes. Personally, I'm not impressed with the fact that the rear wheel needs to be removed in order to access the rear brake calliper.
@@DIYMagpi hey sure will do thanks for reply and yeah mine is the older model 2016 with the ABS brakes, this model you can access the calliper with wheel still attached luckily just need to find a way to remove the pin cover without causing more damage 😂
thanks! What year is the motorcycle?
Thanks for watching, and please subscribe if you haven't already done so. The bike is an MT125 2021 plate.
When your pushing the caliper side to side was that you pushing the pistons back ??
Thanks for watching, and please subscribe if you haven't already done so. Yes, I was pushing the piston back so that the new brake pads will fit in.
