I wish you can do a full video on how to properly setup the Magnifica Start (especially selecting the grind size). I have this machine for about an year now , but I am yet to find the right balance between the type of Beans and the grind size. The espresso is either too light or too bitter.
Is there a statistics menu on the Magnifica Start like on the S variant? Where you can see the number of coffees the machine has made, how many liters of water has gone through…
Thanks for the video, concise and very easy to follow. It's interesting that the Start only grinds for 7 seconds even though you had it at full strength with the X2. Again, not sure why Delonghi changed the X2 ratios between models. My EVO grinds for 10 seconds, grinding 14 grams with the same double volume with the X2.

Any suggestion in turning water filter light off. I installed new water filter and watched plenty of videos and cannot get the red warning light to turn off. Since I am using filtered water, I decided to not use the Delonghi filter.
