Absolute legend, it wouldn't be a Shosei video if I didn't yell WHAT at least a couple times haha I used to train with Alex Hunter in Philly like 14 years ago, back when I think only Scott Skelton had landed triple cork, and Alex was trying to be the second. If you had told me back then, when that was the literal pinnacle of tricking, that eventually there would be a dude landing triple swingthrough triple and double cork swingthrough cork-in back outs? Yeah right haha Edit: to be clear, I'm impressed with the creativity and ability to change direction with the flow of the line to keep things from being predictable, not just the big powerful bangers haha but that's harder to put into words

I don't think trickers can be objectively compared. So many other trickers rival shosei in terms of overall technique, creativity and execution. That being said, this sampler is insane and shosei is an absolute beast

I like this sampelr. But it looks like its rendered on 24fps. For fast movement its not to much. 60fps is bad too, cause movement in 60fps looks weird and lazy. In my opinion best setting for tricking is 30fps.

The main things you did that I likes was Standing triple to triple cork Cali roll hyper combo (you can def Cali roll hyper hook: Snapudouble combo Snapu to triple cork Side triple hyper full hook to Cali roll como X6 double cork Side full triple combo and the end was nice but that move at the end is not what you want it to be,nits just a double cork where the second cork is done standing up. Shosei please, complete the list above, you have shown us how far it can go, but don't so what anis did. I knew him personally and begged him so many times to hit triple cork, hit more epic swing through combos, try double back, he took it to the next level but he stopped his progression, you are the kenzo shirai sazuki minami of tricking,nbut you can push the envelope way more then this. Forget the cork In hit more quads, and get the quint, the quint will unlock new speed for all tricks. Hit the quad btwist too. Take it to the next level again, ,any years back I thought it was done, but I see it's not over, you can still unlock more, before you get too old or get injured raise the bar again, don't settle for this
Is this a joke? First off why don't you achieve the you the list, you are asking shosei to do it but you go do cork in cork out. He can do anything he want it's his training, your standard completely ignores style and hyperfixates on difficulty which is just unstable and boring. It's actually sinister how you see shosei doing mind breakingly hard worlds first that you knew takes grueling effort and undermine it, this not the tricking people want.

I think he tried to go for the more cinematic 24 fps style with this one. I agree that 60 fps looks better for tricking but it's his choise.
