We recorded the game in 4K 60FPS on Steam PC. In short, the video includes the full game, ending and all story related scenes. 🌟 DESCRIPTION🌟
Sonic the Hedgehog is a 3D platformer with action-adventure and role-playing elements. Like Sonic Adventure, the single player navigates through open-ended hub worlds where they can converse with townspeople and perform missions to advance the story. The main gameplay takes place in linear levels that become accessible as the game progresses. The main playable characters are three hedgehogs: Sonic, Shadow, and Silver, who feature in separate campaigns titled "episodes". A bonus "Last Episode", which involves all three hedgehogs and concludes the storyline, is unlocked upon completing the first three.

For once I agree, they still haven’t done any media TV series about them yet because it’s hard to make the people to understand how to pull their limits. because they’re still more fan favored characters we didn’t get what they deserve for full screen times either and I’m not gonna sit there and watch them feel depressed into death.
Fun fact: This is the only Sonic game to have a celebrity voice a character, and that celebrity was Lacey Chabert who voiced Elise in here.

Okay a theory of how silver was created… idk all about the all timeline thing, but probably after in the original timeline when Iblis was recreated the flames made sonic turn into silver making him forgetting his past, and i think that is the same way Blaze got her flame powers. When I first saw Egg Wyvern, I thought it was Egg Dragoon.
This is my favorite game of Sonic the Hedgehog, the one that made me a fan of his. Sometimes, whenever I crack a smile, I think of Sonic and Elise.
Wasn't there supposed to be a remastered version of this game. If there is, then I hope the graphics are better.

In all honestly, I feel that the story was a little weird, but I still can’t stop watching it
The story had heart and ambition. If you look past the plot holes, it's insanely good
This games progress was rush in the past, if they gave it more time and nurtured it’s lore then it could have bin a bigger success
There are several great moments spread throughout that without context would have you believe the story is a masterpiece. This game has so many glaring issues, but the few things it does right are top tier in the series.
At least Twilight Princess wasn’t rushed. It was delayed multiple times before it was released in 2006.

sonic 06 had so much potential. It was the last true 3D platformer Sonic game. The game bombing is probably why we only got solo games only starring sonic himself and sega stepped away from the serious tone of the early 2000's and late 90s sonic games which in my opinion, is the definitive version of Sonic. All the games after sonic unleashed just didnt feel like the Sonic that I came to be fan of, It seems that SEGA is just now dipping their feet back into it with the Final Horizon update for Sonic Frontiers.
Yeah seeing some of these cutscenes really makes it seem like Sonic's reputation in the gaming world would be completely different if they got this right. They probably still would've been bound to screw up some other game down the line, but it's interesting to think about what a world with a full potential Sonic 06 looks like.

The only big issue is the weird ass kiss scene
If they removed that and had actually finished the game Sonic as a series would look very different

Man, I see what Sonic Team was trying to do with this game. The ambition they had for this project is amazing. It just needed better writing (in terms of story). I wonder if future Sonic stories will try mimicking this level of ambition. Hopefully they do, with better results.

Personally I always loved the story of that game. It is the gameplay that made the game bad. The story was amazing, maybe lacking in some points but especially as a child on first playthrough you dont notice that. I would love a remake of 2006
Nah, its the gameplay itself. The game is jank af. Like, when I tried it, I thought it couldn't be that bad. Boy, it was BAAAAAD. I gave up at the first level. I just... couldn't do it. I want to try again one day but I don't know if I can bring myself to deal with the worst controls ever put in any Sonic game. I feel the story can be forgivable if the game was actually not extremely frustratingly awful to play.
In fact, every aspect of the game needs to be improved

@Proman_Maryro2009 That, my friend, is called mascot syndrome. And it's what happens when stylized characters like Sonic and friends are animated strictly through human motion capture. We aren't shaped like them, so our movement comes off as uncanny and ingenuine when pasted onto their designs.

Tbh, while this story is very flawed...you can't help but feel like it's also very, VERY epic in scale and size.
If you ask me, Sonic's story would have been better if they had made Elise a princess who has never had any friends because of Iblis, and the fear that he will be released if she cries. And how do you stop a girl from crying? Easy, don't give them ties that can be cut.
Sonic could become the first friend she had in her life, and he who would encourage Elise to befriend of his friends and that would give more weight to Sonic's death, since Elise would lose her first friend in her entire life and I think we would have connected better with the princess if that had been the case.
It would also have given weight to Elise putting out Solaris' flame, because if she does she loses her first friend in her entire life anyway, but Sonic encourages her to smile and move on without looking back.
This game may be Sh*t, but my god each cutscene could've been their own separate cinematic film or something like that. Plus the story was pretty good.

i went ahead and made my own Sonic 06 movie once, (and it turned out to be four hours.)
AND i managed to try and make the part about Silver seeing Sonic's image on a fiery background as a mystery until we circled around to that in the middle.

The Floaty, Uncanny Exaggerated Movement and Micromovements of the Motion Capture animation. The lack of Music that exemplifies the Ambience noise, Sound Effects, and Voice Acting. These things make these Cutscenes so Weird but Satisfying to watch for me.
The princess looks like out of final fantasy series.

Because that's a different character, Mephiles the Dark, who has no mouth, yet can talk audibly.
When I was a kid I used to despise Sonic 06's story. Now it just makes me sad. Because they had something here. They were actually trying to tell a story but 06 was screwed so badly at every turn in development. Half the team was stripped away & Sega being the stubborn idiots they are wanted the game out in time for the 15th anniversary so everything was rushed. There was so much potential here. Shame how everything turned out.
