Hearing you about the Pitney Bowes tracking they are terrible to deal with and ridiculously expensive.... I purchased a Chloe Paddington bag from someone who sent the bag it never showed after having been received by eBay in the US ... The seller was paid and when I questioned eBay Customer Service they said it had been sent then months later they said it had been damaged and lost and they refunded me.... two months later it turned up and as you say no tracking ever, the seller doesn't have a choice... Cute shoes though... I'll send you an email picture of my Valentina sneakers I purchased and revamped
