I feel like he's Mr. Reliable, like the team can always count on Barik to be a solid frontliner. I wouldn't mind if the first talent got reworked though, definitely room to try new fun things there
Fortify feels slightly overtuned due to the shield health on top of the cooldown reduction, maybe they could give his base kit a 10 second shield cooldown (power shift from the Palisade card) so his kit isn't so unsynergized and reduce Fortify's shield health to 5500 HP (for Forgefire and Tinkerin alike, you're forced to play on the midline and backlines instead of aggressively while old footage of Fortify in Masters gameplay suggests a passive-aggressive shield playstyle). His regen could use a rework so he's not as Rejuv-reliant as well.

Your problem is the NA servers. This game would have been completely dead and shut down if not for the EU servers. We are ALL stuck on NA right now, and its god awful playing this game currently. NA is nothing but trolling children.

Barik is kind of underrated, due to so many new tanks like nyx azaan. But barik will always be the og tank for me 😂
