    Haz, have you considered a body cam - either an actual one or something that allows you to wear your phone as one?
    The tracking recordings from the handler's pov are gold!

      So did my Rotties!!! Both their inside crates and their car crates! It’s so crazy that some people just don’t want to see the benefit of a crate.

    One easy way to tell that Luna is a Malinios German Shepherd mix is by that big chest she has and the muscle tone up around her elbows.. thicker bone. Fawn is dominant so they will look like a malinois, but it's little things like that in addition to the larger head show you

    Haz … much better for you to focus on the dog than worrying about us watching. Best to have someone film for you instead … don’t you think?
    The first time I’ve seen your fish … why did you choose freshwater vs. saltwater fish? Easier upkeep?
    Dogs are looking good … I guess you’re going to be getting real busy. It’s time to also start riding the horses soon, if not already. Do you still have two or did you sell one?
    Looking forward to the next VLOG! 🙌🙏

    Isn't the track shifting w/ the wind & environment? If he's tracking away from it what if the odor has moved? Or does it not work that way? Don't know the concept. Just want to learn. (edit: typo)

    • @connoro331
      @connoro331 8 місяців тому +2

      The odor on the ground is much stronger than the odor in the air. If anything, the wind moving helps clear any stagnant air odor and leaves the only remaining trackable odor in the footsteps where you want it.

    Haz are you insinuating that the doberman breed are stupid dogs because the way you were talking to the dog is that it had no clue what it is supposed to do you do realize that they are the fifth smartest breed out there. I just can't believe that you would have the guts and jam to sit there and critize the breed come on buddy.

    • @taramcfadden7076
      @taramcfadden7076 8 місяців тому +4

      He does this every time a doberman is on video. I asked him in a live if he actually hated dobermans and he said no, that he was just making observations about the breed and long story short 99% of dobermans don't have what he's looking for. But no it's not what he says that to me shows his disdain for them, it's how he says it and yes it is occasionally what he says. "Typical doberman." when one performs lackluster. But not a word when a shepherd hides behind their owner on the verge of pissing itself in protection training.
      I love Haz. I have his book and I plan to pay for a Shield K9 course or two. I find his training and input valuable, but definitely his strong dislike of dobermans is off-putting at times. More so when he denies it. Shepherd elitists are like that though.
      I personally think he should have bought/should buy in the future from the vom Landgraf kennels next time a client wants a doberman. Those ones seem more malinois-like in their behavior and less nervy. Definitely crop and dock the pup though because holy shit are natural dobermans some ugly bastards.

    • @taramcfadden7076
      @taramcfadden7076 8 місяців тому +2

      He also assumed I didn't already have a doberman and told me to go get one and train it and see how I liked it. I got my first one in August. He's 7 months old and I can confirm this breed is smart. My wallet can't keep up with his intelligence. I'm definitely struggling with giving him an outlet for his physical energy as well but I'm figuring it out.
      So actually training is going very well. His only limit is the fact that I too am out of things to teach him, hence why I'm buying courses from Shield K9 when I can. For disliking dobermans as much as he does, Haz is about to make a good chunk of money on mine.

      @taramcfadden7076 I respect Haz for what he does and he is a killer dog trainer and knows what he is doing but he has to be careful on what he says about other breeds because there are people out there that would take offense of what he says. Not everyone wants a German Shepherd or Belgium Mal or even likes but I like both but I use to have a Doberman and my guy had crazy prey drive so him commenting about the breed is really uncalled for in my opinion but at the end of the day each to their own but I defend my own!!!

    • @krisaunedi4920
      @krisaunedi4920 8 місяців тому +1

      @taramcfadden7076 Tara just be careful on that when remembering that trainers are out there just don't care if you train your dog or not but they are out there to make a name for themselves and make money at the end of the day that's all they care. Like I said Haz is a really good trainer for what he does but at the end of the day he is out to make a business for himself.

      Oh I know, but I'm also willing to pay to add to my own knowledge. I only need a course one time to remember it forever. Anything that adds to my knowledge-base that I can use for my current and future dogs until I die is worth the money that a trainer will enjoy for likely less than a month.
