Just for such a great recipe I didn't even tell my guy that they were meatloaf cupcakes I just did them up and I just added a tiny bit of color to the potatoes just made them a little more yellow with food coloring he's addicted to dessert when you can imagine his surprise when he took a bit into one he still loved it he just thought it was so funny but he loved them
@@tennesseenikki I made them last night. I think I used too much brown sugar. It caramelized into plastic (kidding)when I popped them into the oven to heat the potatoes. Lol. I need to remember to use parchment paper next time. 👍
