I absolutely love my Keiser M3i Bike. I am a life long cyclist and it’s definitely the closest thing to actual cycling. And as far as quality and pricing, it’s unmatched. Yes it’s expensive, but you get what you pay for. Buy once, cry once. You will never feel the need to upgrade. Nor will you have to. 👍🏻💪🏻
I'm a roadie up in the north, so I spend a lot of time spinning during the winter. Two questions. Can I switch out that saddle for a proper road saddle? Same question with the pedals (want to use Keo's).
A smoothness at any resistance is what I search. Heavy enough main wheel . Electro magnetic that feel smooth and still does not need maintainance is top.
Always appreciate your reviews! I was on the fence between this and the wahoo kicker. I think that bike has some real long term issues that I won’t experience with this one!
Could you guys consider reviewing the Keiser M5 elliptical strider? There aren’t any reviews other than on their site but I’d like to actually see how it functions visually.I don’t like apps or need classes that are tied to a piece of equipment but also do want something that is not going to fit my needs. Thanks
It is an amazing bike but I wish there was a way to add your arms to the workout like with the total body trainer or an air bike. But an air bike has only one resistance setting. It is too awkward to use dumbbells putting more pressure causing numbness on my rear even with a much larger and softer seat. Any ideas for integrating your arms much more into the workout?
@@garagegymreviewseverything A fitness spa(?) that was changing their offerings was offloading 20+. They were down to 6 when I got mine. I had to drive an hr ea way…but was worth it.if I had more room in my vehicle I would have been tempted to get more and resell. Only kicker was they dropped the price again as I was driving home.
Could you do a review of the Keiser M5i Cross Trainer since they are very similar :D I am looking at potentially getting one for my home gym but I cant tell how sturdy it is it looks like it wobbles a bit which will annoy me if I am on it. Since this review of the bike is very new I am wondering if you have or will do a review of their cross trainer? :D
Awesome review. Even though it’s for “home use” it’s actually a commercial gym cycle and made in the USA🇺🇸. I used it extensively a while back at my gym when I was injured and couldn’t run. It has magnetic resistance instead of a brake pad which is one of the reasons why it feels so smooth which is a great secondary benefit. The magnetic resistance like the rear flywheel is to make it more durable with less friction and less moving parts to replace. I run full and half marathons almost exclusively and don’t cycle myself. That said if I ever married a spinner this is the cycle I would get her for our home gym.
3K dollars or euros is not expensive. This bike is an investment in your health and quality of life... People spend money on stupid things or silly desires... Why not invest in your body in your present and in your future life ?
$3K.. nope. Why would a serious cyclist want to invest so heavily in a static bike? Also. Don’t get how rep fitness can have these pop pins that auto adjust without retracting a pin yet these insanely expensive bikes have manipulation of the machine equal to that of a kids toy. Overpriced. Seems to under deliver and basic AF with tech. Comprehensive review though 👍🏼 like the extension of the channel.
Some cyclists are say a Cancer patient like me and can’t always be out on the bike and still need their exercise. Or it’s raining or 107 degrees outside like today where I live. As far as tech, that’s the point of a Keiser, nothing to break. Literally the best 3k I ever spent. JMO.
Does anyone know if the M3i integrates/communicates with CardioCoach VO2 max software?
I bought one during the pandemic. Great bike. It was less than $2000 at the time. Wild that it went up so much in just a few years.
Things are getting so expensive these days! - Linds
This bike features the new FTMS computer with internal drive generator - it was a 2024 upgrade, thus dearer
Thanks for the review.
BowFlex IC Bike SE next?

Hey@@nich586, my name is Mike and I work for Keiser. Yes, you can swap the seat and pedals so long as they would fit on a "standard" road bike.
@@MikeD-Keiser Cool. Thanks for the reply!

I bought mine in 2022 for 2200….i love it
I was first introduced to this bike in 2013. I loved it so much that I added it to my garage gym. I love the feel of it. Plus, it fits my frame.
It is such a great bike and so smooth, I feel like people really can't know how good it feels until they try it! - Linds

Boy I think the BowFlex IC Bike SE gets you a very similar design for a lot less
I like you can adjust the handle bars. My other bike you cant.
Got mine for $325. I am happy with it.
How did you score that? - Linds

You can buy 3 schwinn ic4s
$3k?! That buys a lot of Facebook marketplace used home gym equipment lol
If you compare it to used prices, then this wouldn't cost 3k used either.
How are you reading when biking? Get an audio book
Yeah a $3k bike is a hard pass. Not a critical exercise. Probably only for people that cycle and can’t due to weather.

the question is does it give 2000 more dollars worth of value than others?

No for 3k
