The Brain Gym is a new quiz series that will exercise your brain and give it a good workout. Keep your brain mentally young and test your memory and knowledge recall abilities with the 30 challenging and sometimes quite difficult questions in this quiz.

24/30 and "olive branch." I do like the quiz and it didn't seem that much harder than your regular quizzes except for the lack of multiple choice on some. Just a suggestion: maybe you should have no multiple choices or have choices for all of them, but with more difficult questions. It didn't make sense why some of them had multiple choices and others didn't. I also like the true false ones. Thanks Sean!

Loved this. Like with all quiz questions, you either know them or you don't. However ,Some real toughies & a few that I only got at the very last second .so I was more than pleased with 25 correct...
You can also pause the video if you need more thinking time. That's what I do.
I always considered that to be cheating myself. I'm more of a purist, after all you can't stop the timer on a game show either! If I ever have to pause anywhere during a Detormentis quiz for whatever reason, I only do so right after an answer is revealed, before the next question is shown.
@@nicholasharvey1232 I totally agree with you .The time limit is set, to not only test your knowledge but also your responses . The idea behind this brain Gym that sean is doing, I believe is to help with alertness & to sharpen your mind. Keeping your brain healthy helps in so many other areas of health too.
I really enjoyed the first Brain Gym! I got 25/30 on my first one. It might be a little harder to get Einstein level on Brain Gyms due to the more difficult material and lack of multiple choice on some questions, but I welcome the challenge and don't feel bad at all for missing Einstein by just one point on my first ever BG.
I'm already looking forward to Brain Gym #2!
