In the language of Authority, I becomes We. So when Allah says We have and We this for example, Allah refers to Himself in authoritative tone and not pluralistic tone. Allah is One, the Sole Creator, the Sole Sustainer, the Sole Eternal.
Concerning putting images of lava and trees when ayat of paradise or hell comes up, that's prohibited, u can look up fatwas concerning that, since its from the unseen we can't put images of them. Jazaka Allah khair
