I love Beth Hart but this song brings tears to my eyes. I know the people she is singing about, cutters in particular. I have to wonder if she is not singing this song from first hand experience, a possible reason for her drug use. I have met many woman who have been damaged by sexual abuse by a loved one and often a taboo subject but guess what it happens and can silently destroy lives. Thank you Beth for speaking the truth.

My brother loved you so much, it was his favorite song. He had a stroke december 24th 2015 and he died december the 26th. I know you because of him.
