I recently started TKD training. I am at a green belt level and hope to do low jumping kicks well. I love your training videos. I hope that it would not take over 6 months to do jumping kicks well enough. However, it looks like it will take at least 2 years to be 25% as good as you.

Hi, I've been practicing Taekwondo for about 7 months. My problem is that my left leg feels Weaker when trowing some kicks. And it's also more dificultades for me to do the harder kicks with my Weaker leg. I mean, it's not that bad buy compares yo my right leg I feel the difference and I want to improve it. Any suggestions?

Nice set of kicks, the only problem with these intense kick routines is that by 50ish your hips are pretty well shot, I did Lau Gar Kung Fu for years and years in the 90's, loved it, breathed it, but now i'm getting old the kicks are gone because of my hips and i'm left with boxing training only, still enjoy it while your young!
Hi can someone tell me why i try to do a high roundhouse kick i can't i feel like my hip flexor prevent me from doing this like its block
Have you stretched out your hips and legs before hand? Also are you definitely turning in your hips with the kick 💪🏼

You could put a cushion under your knee :)
Emma Featon no thats not what I am trying to say instead of stretching the hip flexor in the lunge position we turn our hip to stretch the hip in the lunge position

what to see a barrel kick broken down in parts
Anyone has this problem where when u kick with ur weaker leg,theres a pain that jolts down from ur hips to ur knees
Even when i kick with my stronger leg,my support leg(the weaker leg) hurts like a b#%$&
Is this a flexibility issue or something else

I know this was 3 years ago but your supposed to do that aren’t you?
No disrespect, but Taekwondo doesn't look like it's going to seriously hurt anybody. It's just a bunch of slap kicks that will burn & make somebody very angry. But no real damage to be done.
She drops her hands every time she kicks, so counter kick her with back leg round kick or jumping kick of some sort. Or you could jam her kick by walking in then throw a combination to her head. Also I would simple practice what kick she wants to get better at over and over(but with her hands up), don't do those foot agility drills she was doing. You may not understand this, but if you want to be a duck, you must walk and talk and move like a duck.
Also never repeat a single technique even in training. What you do in training is what you will do in a real fight. Also never kick or punch then think your done. When you walk up to the a punching bag or a kick mitt never touch it, be in arms reach unless your hands are up or your punching the kicking it. I suggest you spar someone you can't beat. Also spar in timed rounds not the the unrealistic 1-2-3 step point sparing stuff.
