We are 5 slum dwelers non members of the society staing on mhada plot since 1981 on a same plot the societies recunstruction work was stop lat 13 + year then now the again trying to Stat the redevelop work but till our plot is un vacate hense the society builder told neighbour sra society to vacate the plot. Can you suggest me this is a right way, and can we lible ti get fungible area or not?

Minority members are not against redevelopment,they are against redevelopment without transparency,
in Ghatkopar East itself 2 large projects are delayed & stuck,much delayed one is only 13+ years late even when few members were forced to vacate their homes by court orders,is said court shouldering responsibilities?
another is due to government orders.

विरार मधील न्यु सिल्वर पार्क को आॅ हौ सो लि नभ मिलन काॅम्प्लेक्स तिरुपती नगर फेस २ विरार (प)ह्या सोसायटीत तर खुलेआम हुकुमशाही व बेकायदेशीर व नियमबाह्य व दादागिरी कारभार सूरु आहे व ह्यातील बोगस पदाधिकारी ह्यांनी तर इमारतीचे प्रवेशद्वार बंद करुन लोकांना त्रास देऊन जीवाशी खेळत आहे आपातकालीन परिस्थिती आल्यास मोठी जिवितहानी होऊ शकते व हे बोगस पदाधिकारी सभासदांना चुकिचे फतवे काढुन चुकिचे बीले पाठवुन खुलेआम लुट सुरु आहे व हे असे हूकुमशाही पदाधिकारी लोकांच्या जीवांशी खेळत आहे व ह्याची तक्रार उपनिबंधक वसई व पोलिस खाते व मनपाला पत्रे व आॅनलाईन व ईमेल करूनही कारवाई होत नाही व बोगसगिरी व हुकुमशाही व लोकांच्या जीवांशी खेळण्याचा कारभाराला उपनिबंधक व वसई विरार मधील मनपाचे व पोलिस खात्याचे अधिकारी समर्थन देत आहे अशी शंका येत आहे व हे अधिकारी व प्रशासन घटना घडण्याची व लोकांचा जीव जाण्याची वाट बघत आहे की काय व त्यानंतरच कारवाई करणार की काय अशी शंका येत आहे
सर्व खुलेआम भोंगळ व मनमानी व हुकुमशाही कारभार सुरु आहे
कायदे फक्त कागदावर आहे असेच दिसते
