I have no resolutions because of what we went through in 2020 I'm just going to live my life
my goals/ resolutions for 2021:
-go outside at least once a day(outside of school)
-workout at least three times a week
-eat healthier
-work on loving myself
-dont dwell on everything as much
-work on reaching out to friends and family better
-do better in school
-be completely honest with myself and everyone around me

I’ve had eczema for years. What I have found is that while it’s not infected, just red scaly and itchy, apply coconut oil regularly. Preferably the kind that will harden in the fridge - it is more pure and works better.

For eczema I usually use Vitacilina, only bad thing abt it is tht I leaves the skin looking oily so you have to use very little. It does soothe but keep it away from clothing it can essentially stain like Vaseline.
When Nezza was standing in front of the camera with her outfit looking at herself it reminded me of that scene from the grinch 😂😂😂

-work on my confidence, change my thought patterns and speak good about myself (out loud) when i don't like the way i look
-speak up about the abuse and get help/move out

I’ve had eczema since I was like 6 and hydrocortisone is good for immediate results but over time it thins out your skin so I use it just for immediate relief and then aquaphor is super gentle and hydrating for everyday use!
