If she was bleeding for twelve years we as humans (women bleed through our menstrual cycle for up to 50 years it's normal ) I believe it was normal for the woman with the issue of blood to be addressed a different way why was it a miracle if we as women bleed normal cycles until menopause I'm just being informed in my mind that this seems normal why do they act like it's an issue ?or needed to touch his garment to be healed and not deal with it as a normal part of life ....
