Hearing and feeling this message adds a heaviness to my heart.
My choice is to accept the heavy feeling while remaining totally present here and now. Finding simple joys within and without to help me 🌺 remain balanced during a period of exhaustion from months of stress and challenge.
I will continue making the best possible balanced choice in each present moment while moving forward toward my new life.
