He could easily saved over 10k or more in a year but if you charge him rent he just loses all that money. Best thing to do would be charge him and put it in a high yield savings account then give it back to him when he is ready to move. They he learns the responsibility of paying but still gets the money
Staying motivated in the gym js so tough especially like Noah said when results slow down. Genetics do play a big roll in that but just stay at it and keep pushing your self harder each workout and they will come. To get huge it takes 10 plus years of consistency.

I think it would be beyond amazing if you and Noah built a gym and managed it yourself I think Noah could learn a lot with that and it would be a great father son bonding experience and it would bring so many people together.
