Sir conversion kit is excellent, without RTO permission vehicle can't be taken on road otherwise it becomes illegal. So my personal request to you, to get first permission from RTO sir.

You may provide a mudguard for rear wheel, so that there will be no spillage of mud and dust from the tyre to battery/controller compartment

3. In other hand you have old tyres ,old lights old seat and other accessories in your scooty
4. speed only 50kmph to ye 60kmph
5. Your vehicle shall be seize or heavy fine if you caught by traffic police Bcz itz illegal

To kya innovation k liye bhi RTO ka approval le ? Ache kam k liye koi approval ki zarurat nahi honi chaiye . Air waise bhi sarkar kya courruption karne se pehle approval leti hai ya koi tax hike me humse approval leti hai kya
Sir,
1. Our RTO approvals are already in process, may be within 2 months.
2. New Electric vehicles comes with subsidy, whereas govt doesn't provide subsidy on Retrofitting. However, these subsidies won't be there after this year..and prices of the new vehicle would increase by 25-30%.
Furthermore, our main aim for utilisation of old vehicles is to reduce carbon footprint.
If everyone keeps on buying new vehicle, what you think would happen to all old vehicles, they go for scraping and waste is dumped in our cities. Soon there would be no more space for dumping.
That is why govt promotes Recycling and Reusing materials, and that is what we are doing.
3. In Retrofitting we can use models which are even older that 15 years, which don't even have a value of 6-7k. Also, replacing tyres and lights does not cost much.
4. Speed can always be customised as per your need. Watch our Pulsar conversion video.
5. After RTO approval the vehicle will be registered with Green number plate.

After full conversion to electric, how could we update the RC, what are the process.
The rules for RC update in RTO is different for state to state.

There isn't any easy process to register for RTO sir, as the government presently is not approving any such kits which can be fitted into multiple vehicles.
For such kits approval must be taken for each and every vehicle model, which involves vehicle level testing, which is a costly affair.
That is why there is no such RTO approved kit in the market which can be installed in any vehicle.
Ofcourse there are companies which have approvals for single vehicle model.

Isnt it better to go for an electric scooter in that price range?
I think kit 22k plus battery 30k for 70km range and 45k for 100km range . I guess total conversion should cost 50k . If it's more than that than not worth 👍
For 50k you would get a battery for 120+ km range...

Yes presently new Electric vehicles comes with a huge subsidy...but after this year the subsidy will be stopped and prices for all new electric vehicles will increase 25-30%.
