My daughters are in year 7 and year 10 and I still pack my child lunches. Because my daughters school do have canteen at there school but I enjoy packing there lunches
How long have you been packing lunches? What time is her lunch? I have been packing lunch for my son on and off for about a year, he is 7. I have learned that he likes hot lunches, mainly soups. I got some experience during the summer for 8 weeks because he had to bring lunches everyday for summer camp. So now I can pack better lunches for him that I know he will eat. He eats lunch at 11:15 but they also have snack sometime in the morning too. he eats all his snack so I don't think he is super hungry at lunch. But he will come home starving and sometime eat some of his lunch when he gets home from school. I used to be big on getting a protein breakfast but now I just give him cereal since I know he has a snack and an early lunch. Also, I am packing him a lighter snack too. I realize it takes time to know what your child likes and doesn't like.
My oldest daughter is a teen so I’ve been packing lunches for 9 years! But both of my kids like different things so it does depend on the kid. Lunch time varies - some years it’s 10:30 and some years it’s 1! 😱 I do make sure they get a protein and carb for breakfast 🍳
You should better smash the grapes or cut in quarter. The half grape is still round and could stuck. (Sorry for my bad english, hope you are able to understand what i mean)
I like them all & it's helped me so much with what to pack for my kids this school year, I love how it's all realistic affordable lunches because we are on a budget
I love all the lunch ideas for this week. Can’t wait to see what you do for next week. This helps me as I am just starting the pack your kids lunch because mine 121/2 and 7 yr old will not eat the school lunch. So thank you for posting😊

And it only gets worse when they are teens Growing up as a teen I remember eating everything and my mom having to constantly going for groceries at least once a week. My friend's guy sibling always ate a whole big bag of chips (the giant one) after school, by himself.

My daughter had trouble opening the OMIE until she was in 3rd grade, when she was in Kinder and first we had to use another lunch box.
