- With Genshin Impact 3.3 almost being here, we are finally getting Scaramouche / Wanderer voice lines... So today, I'm releasing a compilation of Scaramouche talking about Raiden Shogun and others plus more :)

I'm gonna be frank. His birthday voice line really caught me off guard. It was totally expecting him to say something dark or mocking about outliving everyone. But instead, he took us flying and show us an view, and to add more surprise, he didn't want a thank you.
He feels really different from before, yet the same at the same time...also, wish i could have gotten him, i lost 50/50s constantly
The moment I read his birthday voiceline, the first thing came up to my mind was Aladdin's "A Whole New World". Nothing else.

I love his voice line when he says "I'm not a fan of dango." It's like his way of saying he won't do the Fandango!

what makes this line odd is that because of the story, very few know of his existence, so why would that be an issue?
@@masterskygamer306 it's because in the same quest, he tells us to go back and tell everyone related to what happened in Inazuma (namely, Kazuha, Ayato, and Ayaka) the truth about what happened.
So in theory, those 3 should know of him because he told us to go back and tell them.
he has no idea how much we collaborate with our enemies and allies every single time XD (Monstadt and especially Dvalin and our sister/dainsleif , the whole Liyue and Childe , the resistance and the shogunate AND him , and I don't need to talk about Sumeru)

One moment, they try to kill you. The next moment, they be talkin like we're besties-
they arent inherently wrong, its needed to realize that the only reason they fight the traveller is not because they have hatred for them, its because its their JOB. you can be rivals and still be friends (childe). Scara is no longer a fatui so doesnt need to give a fuck about them and his "job". since he finds aether/lumine's companionship enjoyable, he shows he does ,this way.

Does anyone remember that ProZd skit where the bad guy joins the hero party. The lady was happy for him to join saying he changed while the guy who seen his family slaughtered by him is in distraught at how accepting they are. This is basically it and in fact Erik-Kun basically made an animation based of that audio.

I like how he says Yae “pretends to care about humans” but I honestly never got the impression she ever cared or wanted us to think she truly cared. She’s pretty upfront about who she is as a person. Idk I feel like his line would’ve been more of a drag or more impactful if Yae didn’t tell us all of that herself already

Well most people think Yae actually cares about humans from the inside. But Scara is keeping it real with us. Yae doesn’t give a shit about humans if it wasn’t for Ei watching over her
@@handhelder823 hmm maybe that makes sense but idk she never came off like that when we see Yae and Ei interact. It always felt like she was tasked with these certain things by Ei and she simply does them. It never feels like she’s putting on a show for the Archon but idk maybe that’s just me
How would Scara know? I think he’s too much stuck in his own head to give accurate insights of others. He speaks the world as he sees it, but he’s got a very unique lens.
That said, Yae doesn’t really seem to care how people see her. Like, she does, as a means of entertainment, but not anything beyond that.

In honour of Freddie, I named him Farrokh. Perfect name for someone who has been reborn and wants to leave their old lives far, far behind.
Meanwhile, I renamed him Suiseijin (水星人), as in "Mercurian" or "person coming from Mercury" :P also a little homage/pun to Fuujin, god of wind. I love it that you chose Freddie's real name for him!

0:28 So far as names go, I'm currently juggling between calling him _"Ren"_ (恋 - Love), _"Arata"_ (新 - Fresh/New), or _"Seiji"_ (成仁 - To become/grow + compassion/kindness/the heart of a person). The last one has a lot of alternate pronunciations, but I liked the sound of "Seiji" best.
Love and acceptance are things he desires; he has begun a new life/has a fresh start; it could be argued that he has "grown" a "heart" (obtained an anemo vision); and I would like to see him become someone capable of kindness/compassion.
I named him Isshin, because he ties in with the story-
I decided to respect his desire to leave his Mothers shadow, and gave him a Latin name, as opposed to Japanese.
Certus, or “Resolved”. Among other things, I respect his determination to face himself and his past, and hope that the second meaning of resolved will soon apply to him. That being, that he’ll at last be able to find peace and happiness.

I am calling him Worm or Wanderer. Ideally I want to call him Scaramouche but it looks like you can't do that, so Worm/Wanderer it is.

Okay someone or everyone clear something up for me. Does Wanderer/Scara really have no rude or mean thoughts to Nahida?
It's more like he is TRYING to find something mean about Nahida, but can't. He refers her as Lesser Lord Kusanali, pretty much a subtle way to respect her.
He feels sus that Nahida is so kind to him. Hiding him, taking care of him when he was in a coma when she could just easily destroy him, freeing him and essentially giving him a second chance despite all of the shit's he had done to her (remember that he was willing to kill her and the traveller and had repeatedly done so 168 times) and the people of Sumeru. And that's not counting all of the despicable sht's he had done in the past.
Frankly, I can't blame him that he's so sus of Nahida's kindness. It really feels too good to be true. And even more so for Scara who had been betrayed by a number of times.
Simply put, he has trust issues lol

If you notice on raiden shogun’s voicelines, about kunikuzushi is no longer to be seen. I guess it must be because of the balladeer tampering the irminsul and forgetting his existence except for the traveler.
Childe's voiceline about him is gone too. Right after Scara messed with Irminsul I checked Childe's voice overs and I can't find "About the Balladeer" anymore
It's also a spoiler to those who don't have Raiden. Yet. She will be the next one I will wish on. For the Archon Team!

Kazuha interaction was what i was expecting
of all people we met along the way. Scaramouche was the only one who actually make some moves and hold our hands.

In a way, he’s no different from the traveler. He will remember history longer than most. He could even live to be older than an archon. On some level, he seems capable to use other elements as a puppet but his vision is Anemo.
I named him Kazeshin! (It means Wind and New ((New Wind)) but it can also mean new style, which fits well too :3)
Just finished the archon quest hoyoverse made a grave mistake letting us nickname scaramouche I named him Scara but I really did consider calling him B*tch for a second
yae/raiden/childe voicelines about him were really all gone after you finish his story quest 😭

The nahida voiceline:agrees to work for her behind the scenes nahida has a future plan out for him like a mom sure theres nothing else buddy...i wouldnt be suprise for the next subseruz festival he'l work for her as a body guard or something.

Wait, descendant implies relation later on in lineage. Would this happen to be a direct lineage, though? They have the same red streaks generations later. These two have a connection along the lines of cousins or a great uncle. Kazuha won't have a clue who he is though.
As far as I know it said Niwa is a distance relative of the Kaedahara Clan which makes sense the red streak between Niwa and Kazuha.
@@Noname-hg2vu Ah, that's a shame. It makes sense though. As far as we knew, Niwa didn't have children. Still would've bee cool to have him be kazuha's something something grandfather. Really makes the connection between kazuha and Kabukikamono stronger. Although, Niwa did see him as a brother in a sense. An honorary Khaedahara of the distant past and the sole successor of isshin art is quite a dynamic.

It was mentioned on the irodori festival I think.
Basically kazuha is direct descendant of niwa, just with 400 years of difference I think

Thanks to the archon quest, the only bloodline confirmed to have white hair as a lineage in teyvet is cyno, who is descended from the great priest. Shenhe's is from her adeptus arts and age, and razor's is from his mom. It's possible cyno and razor really are related or that his mother was in fact, much older than we could have guessed. Razor is shown to be innately very strong and naturally gifted in the magic arts. Even lisa is impressed by his progress. Cyno is also something of a prodigy, being the youngest general mahamatra.

Ei and Wanderer need to reconcile in someway, or have Wanderer confront Ei on how she's been a failure of a mother
Same. Unlike everyone thinks, I don't think she's uncaring, but was stuck in a certain point of view, not a bad one (like, she wanted him to have autonomy and freedom) but certainly clouded by how she was feeling back then. Not an excuse, of course, but like. I imagine she will be devastated yet once more to find out what she's done, like she was when realizing her vision on Eternity hindered Inazuma/it's people so bad.
At this point I think I do too just so these people can finally shut up about Ei being the worst person alive or something.
Unfortunately, Wanderer already deleted his very existance from History itself. No one remembers him nor does any object referencing him retain anything about him. Game-wise he deleted all of the Voice-Overs about him and certain items that references him (such as the 5-part painting Albedo made in the Irodori Festival Event) do not anymore.
Once again, only Traveler remained to remember (until he/she properly explained to Paimon and Nahida).
@@rvpairofdicethewanderer2383 yeaaaaah, I noticed that. Not sure how I feel about it, really. Not only the people affected by his actions forgot about him, it also eliminates any chance for Ei to reflect and atone for her actions too. But let's see how the game will handle this on the long run.
