The locals are very nice, regardless of where you go. I've been all over Vietnam and they are very welcoming, to include the very remote areas in the north (Ha Giang) and around the border of China.

Young Vietnamese speak English even better than those Vietnamese living abroad for a long time. My niece and nephew already spoke very good English (some thought they were born in the US) when they came to visit me before moving to the US for their study, and they just took regular after school English courses, not even studied at any international schools like other kids.

Yep, this definitely is one of those luxurious restaurants with luxurious eating experience. As for me, i think i'd rather spend 100$ for more foods outside of these restaurants because of the food portions here just aren't enough for me to floss my teeth with toothpick.
