If you have anxiety and depression due to your previous employers, do not bother to consult a lawyer because THEY don’t care about the little people, OK?
I think lawyers make plenty of money just through initial consultations that go absolutely NOWHERE!
Many lawyers say on their website that THEY CARE ABOUT THE DOWNTRODDEN PEOPLE, but that’s a lie.
It is much easier to be paid well by a wealthy company than to take a chance on a mere human and possibly lose, yes?
Mr. W: thank for creating your channel, because at least here we have a chance to be heard.
Continue doing what you do because it matters.

Hi Vince. Love your videos. I am having a hard time finding an attorney to take my right to sue letter from the EEOC. They always ask first to see the EEOC closed case letter that has the right to sue letter. They usually tell me that the EEOC found no basis on my charge so everyone is not accepting my right to sue letter. Do not know what to do. Very frustrated. Richard.

I have a good case but no local attorney wants to take it because they won't make enough money. I'm going to try and file with the federal court myself and hopefully find an attorney. Ughhhhh

I received a EEOC granted notice to Sue (under theEPA)letter as of June 25, 2024.I walked in to the EEOC local department on June 25, 2024 after I had filed multiple complaints and already set a appointment for December 12,2024 .I explained my situation when I arrived to the secretary at the front desk I am also covered under the ada. She then granted me my letter to Sue in federal court. I am aware of the 90 day timeline. I have been searching for a attorney in the area to no avail. what’s next for me?

Question for wrongful termination, the case is now under the help of federal Pro SE,, The case has already been taken by the state superior court, but no attorney, because there is no money, what is the best way for the next step, stay with Pro SE? do you think without an attorney, this case can win?

Hi Vince. Can an employer assert privilege for their investigation of a workplace discrimination complaint through the work product doctrine even if an employee files a complaint with the EEOC or state agency AFTER the employee's attorney sends the employer a demand letter which doesn't lead to settlement talks?
Because the demand letter threatens litgation, is the employer shielded from giving details of their internal investigation to the EEOC investigator?

Mr. White if a two day hearing is required or possible one day, is that a way the judges weed out you asking for a trial or some kind of arbitration for only the judges ruling? Also could you ask for trial if hearing is successful?

I am tired of looking for local attorney so far I have spoke with the two of them and they denied to take my case. It’s a small town of Harrisburg Pennsylvania. I don’t have a lot of resources so I just need someone help. They can take my case against the big corporation.

so in california we got fair employment and housing act, and title 7. the civil rights department handles feha, and eeoc handles title 7. but both are somewhat interchangeable complaint to crd, will be eeoc also recieve it and vice versa.
under the fair employment and housing act, i could not find anything about 'pretext', 'continuing violations', or disperate treatment or disperate impact. however in title 7 i was able to able find something kind of talk about disperate treatment.
so my employer i felt discriminated against me through working conditions and hiring process, from beginning to end. stuff outside of statute of limitations and the bosses of course would never admit they was discriminating, this is why pretext to me matters and continuning violations.
i wonder in new york is it similar with title 7 kind of is there simultanously with another state law.
i feel like i have better odds to win with feha, but i don't actually point to statutes that clearly talk about my issues, regarding neutral policies maybe harmed me or malice and fraud actually harmed me. feha the state version of title 7, it has generally longer statute of limitations and higher pay out on damages no cap on punitive damages, etc. but i dont know if it is as 'wide' as title 7 regarding thigns like disperate treatment.
    examples:
i spent 1 year at bottom of seniority i felt wrongfully, and nothing in company policies talked about it. but he used that as punishment, and this is a big deal as a trucker because im stuck with all the routes that cause more emotional distress and or financial losses.
he hired the top drivers son who bypassed hiring requirements and seniority he got to pick his routes when hired over other drivers. there is proof of that. he got right onto a dedicated route most people start off on wild runs.
3 year there my dedicated route destination location the boss there asked me to not clock in for 30 minutes after he asked me to be there. i told him this is cuasing fraud in my pay rate, and within a week he kicked me off of the that dedicated route.
all through my last year i was stuck on wild runs and there was fraud in the dialy wild runs offered.
simultaniously most of the workers on the terminal work off of the clock. they clock in for pay but not log into the truck creating a disparaty, and this allows drivers work over their maximum limit? why do the boss encourage these conditions? there is a company policy rewarding him for moving more freight he gets a bonus, and the terminals compete and moving more freight creates a higher rating. my first year there our terminal got first place on the west coast, but it was only because my boss had a scheme to cheat to gain unfair edge.
i'm only touching the surface. the pay rate is a fraudulent, the job advertismeents advertising the job are misleading and fraudulent. etc etc etc.
the hours of service i mentioned is a hidden concealed danger that new hires may not see it then quit shortly after hired. but the boss is smart and very selective on who he hires he makes sure to pick someone who looks vulnerable who is likely to need the job desperately.

@@jawndoekck they claim they can take action in discovery and all that. the problem i missing information to even file a complaint with them i need a discover before i file the complaint, and part of their procedures on cal code regs i read is that once the complaint is filed it cant be changed regarding adding defendants or charges etc. so i need a preliminary investigation before i can even begin. this has kind of kinked me up to keep me from taking action or starting the process. im trying into look into other agencies that may help me with preliminary investigation like the employment task force, or maybe even fbi, or chp or fmcsa or dot.
i have not started yet. i'm also currently very poor like 3k in the bank and i need to get back to work i been missing work to try to study law and to how to handle the stuff always experiencing from employers.
also i have spent many years of my adult hood not working and getting 0 govt assistance because i didn't know how to get govt assistance. etc.

@@jawndoekck because it's part of the statutes that once u file a complaint, they then have the duty to conduct discovery, interrogatories , production of evidence and documents and the list is long. that's their legal obligation statutatory when u file a complaint.
i at face value dont have evidence right out of the game because the employer enacted systems set into place to avoid detection. they also willfully obstruct justice which is also against the law, and instruct people to not talk to former employees. thus the main ways to catch them is formal investigations. which is one of the statutary obligations of these government agencys.
we pay taxes for these govt agencies and it is their duties and trust to society to give back to the people and protect the people's with their protects and rights. if the govt agencies are suppressed and have no legal power to do this stuff which they do, then society will not be able to be upheld the living of standards of general people will likely be supressed. it's not right some smoo knows nothing about business gets into that job and uses it to harm people's careers. im a successful trucker up to this point and have had my career derailed because of a few crooked managers. there is an element of accountability with their jobs just like mine.

@@jawndoekck but also. the evidence i dont currently have, can be potentially gained through an investigation. witnesses, and the year long dedicated routes should be regulated by statute of frauds must be in writing. etc, witnesses. pay roll records can show fraud,
i barely gave the tip of the iceberg this employer may also be apart of an antritrust violation schemes. all kinds of business and profesional codes i seen either likely broken or good preponderance of evidence.
it's not just unfairness in the hiring practices and work conditions.
that partically stems from antitrust violations. the customers have chronic lack of service, and the employer create an artificial demand shortage of drivers. they are the vessel that restricts the trade and free flowing economic trading.
them discriminating against workers though is part of a side effect of a much larger picture. but it still happened at my expense despite me out performing everyone. there was nothing i could do about it and my career was wrongfully derailed. it's almost like comitting murder or something on the victims, its infringing on their protects and rights and well being of the general public.

@@jawndoekck one last thing i forgot this is actually in the feha gov codes for that law. one law states that government had a dedicated fund payed to this agency for the purposes of conducting investigations and doing these lawsuits for people etc. so this govt agency civil rights department is raking in tons of funds for this purpose of doing these tasks. it's unrightful i think because of this to claim that it is 'extraordinary' to try to hold employers accountable for the laws they are suppost to be obeying.
