There are already several videos out there providing step-by-step guides to setting up RPCS3. Here are a couple that should help you get started.

Same process for NBA Live 10, or any other game. Also, just to note in case there's any confusion, we're not using any mods here; just vanilla NBA Live 10, using the Fantasy Teams mode to put together makeshift retro teams using players that were available by default. So, no need to worry about installing anything extra if you want to do what we've done here!
