getting new things always feel good especially when its something you know you need. i find with shoes is that when you don't need a new pair, you find the perfect pair, but once you need new ones, it takes forever to find the ones you want.

Asics are great! I've always run in that brand and am currently loving the Nimbus. I've been looking at one of those running belts.
My Dad has those. He wanted me to get the same ones but I just couldn't wear the color. It was only offered in one color. This is one step down. You are the one that taught me about shoes by the way. 😊

@@dreamflight6000 not necessarily but i am closer to 60 and my body is feeling it for sure i have noticed that in the 50s the body definetly starts feeling more aches and pains for sure but with MS and Diabetes i have more then i can handle
