AUTOVETTURE DEDUCIBILITÀ FISCALE: IL PROBLEMA DEI FINTI AUTOCARRI

Conviene immatricolare la propria autovettura come autocarro e intestarla alla società per risparmiare su imposte e IVA? ogni volta che viene intestata a una società una normale autovettura immatricolata NON come autocarro, le regole fiscali prevedono una serie di svantaggi fiscali e limitazioni di deducibilità del costo e di detrazione di Iva.
Gli autocarri furgonati adibiti al trasporto di quattro o più persone che non superano il limite di potenza previsto, nella prassi prendono il nome di Autocarri fiscali e godono della piena deducibilità; quelli che invece superano tale limite prendono il nome di Falsi autocarri e saranno soggetti alla limitazione della deducibilità. Per effettuare un corretto inquadramento del veicolo sarà sufficiente utilizzare la sua Carta di circolazione.
