"We learn that Lillith can consume eridium to grow her siren powers which is pretty cool and I'm excited to see how Maya's powers might grow in the next game." Bro's about to embody the disappointment of every Borderland's fans that cared about the story.
I actually used to really dislike borderlands, but my mind has been awoken to looter shooters and now they’re pretty damn decent, big fan of the skills too.
Actually, Baron Flynt, Captain Flynt and Zane Flynt, one of the vault Hunters in Borderlands 3 are all brothers where the first two became bandit overlords on Pandora, whilst the later jumped between various jobs across the Galaxy
Love the video❤ Borderlands 2 is one of my favorite games ever. If you're gonna play Borderlands 3, there's a DLC on Borderlands 2 called "Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary." The DLC is a set up for borderlands 3. I'll also suggest you play tiny Tina's assault on dragon keep(it's not required for the next game, but it's beloved DLC by the fans). There's another game called borderlands the pre sequel. This game focuses on handsome Jack & his rise to power in the Hyperion corporation. I'll love to see more videos on Borderlands since it's one of my favorite franchises ever
Oh now THIS is fun. Watching someone play through one of my favorite games of all time, but seeing their first time through with lots of witty commentary?? Love it! Liked, and commented :3
You definitely deserve more viewers, for being your second video it’s very good, the way you describe what’s happening is quite entertaining. I can see you being decently well known in the future, I know I’ll keep my eye out for more videos from yah.
Extremely good video, I subscribed and thumbs up, looking forward to more videos, on a side note, it seems like this is only your second video and it's so good to see new content creators, I'm so envious because I wanted to create a channel for years but just don't think anybody would enjoy it want to hear what I have to say so just don't get discouraged and make your dream a reality, again terrific job
your way of talking about the game/telling the story is very enjoyable, going more indepth then most about things a lot of people would skip. keep it going!!
I recently decided to go back and play bl2 since I was like legit 11. Played as maya and got a killer class mod that increases smg damage; seems solid. Issue is it also reduces smg accuracy. So my gun hits hard, but practically never hits. So that's fun.
on one side, it makes sense with the story, jack being jack and everything, on the other, it's a simple way to set up possible future development, as they did in pre-sequel
Writer Anthony Burch says he wrote some unused dialogue that says Jack poisoned/weakened Wilhelm before the fight to sell the trick- a pretty Jack thing to do. Honestly I think they cut it because it all still works even if he didn't- the four BL1 VHs could kill Wilhelm and the story continues on mostly the same.
i watched both your videos they are really good i was surprised when i saw you only had 44 subs please play the other borderlands games like tps bl3 and tiny tina wonderlands maybe do some dlcs for bl2 aswell at lest you should play tiny tinas assult on dragons keep
Are you gonna play the DLCs? I highly recommend Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary, wich is extremely important to the story, Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep and Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty
“Hey, could've been worse. My brothers were named Baron and Captain. I got off lucky with ******!” 😂 and so it was confirmed those are their actual names 🤣 (also spoiler free)
I am happy you experienced it and liked it! It's a shame that you decided to show up around here when this franchise is burning down, but bl2 is great still. Lol
Flynt actually can take crits you just need to try to shoot him in the back of his head wear he doesn't have a helmet or if you're very precise you can shoot through the little slits in his mask which isn't very reliable
good to see people try beloved games. gonna have to agree and disagree both on zero being modecai's second, for borderlands has been shown again and again to be able to create completely different characters play styles, but part of zero's baseline is "sniper rifle and gun". same for roland and axton that early infinity drop was a lucky one, while it wouldn't have change much, it definitively made you go easier and faster. Luckily you didn't really interact with the pinocchio gun and it's fake values, going by your script. you didn't make word of the badass level, so I'll put them immediate here: you reach the objectives, you gain points, you sue points to gain permanent (and toggleable) powerup to characteristic, like health points or meele damage. character can get enough point to reach a nice 7% bonus across the board on a first run, and there's no real upper limit (something something >60k points limit due to math), which allows for some really, really overpowered gimmick playthough, or just some higher results faster kinda deal since you finished the main game, you may be interested in looking at the dlcs. like in the first game, some are more involved than others, and some are flat out worse; sir's hammerlock hunt is slow burn and not really interesting, and scarlet's pirate booty isn't all that entertaining as well, as they both do a couple of jokes, then run along thought the entirety of the main and secondary mission with those. while you may get some satisfaction from those, they are skippable without much problems the 2 character packs are worthy, full stop. both krieg and gaige are entertaining to play with and justifies their presence. torgue campaign of carnage, while not really heavy on story, promises and delivers a good old spectacle of bashing heads and explosions. it's happy dumb fun and introduces mr torgue, which is one of the most loved support character in the franchise. tiny tina's assult on dragon keep is a nerd adventure, with content made by nerds for nerds, slightly before the explosion of "nerd culture" as we suffers from today, and concludes the actual dangling points from the story. there's some DATED references, but it's not its fault, honestly the 4 holidays dlc are some dumb, easy fun. you can tell if you're gonna have fun by the characters depicted on the splash art, it ain't deep. what is deep, instead is the Fight for Sanctuary, as it is set LONG after the end of the main story, AFTER tales of the Borderlands, and just before BL3, and it is needed to understand how the character are goona grow into what theya re gonna grow Unfortunately, after that you can see gearbox floundering. with the MMO project failing to realize (hundreds of vaults, remeber?), they had no idea how to push the serie forward: Pre-Sequel was cursed from the start, with the gravity and oxigens mechanic being central, yet not widelly liked, and the sub-studio closing down just after releasing the story dlc (and 2 more characters), and BL3 being overwhelmingly scattered in it's approach, those really put a damper to the whole serie. also, I have always just brute forced that damn puzzle, just activates everything until the lights are green. probability is on your side and you'd waste 5-ish minute at worste
@@serPomiz Thanks for the detailed comment Pomiz!! I was just looking at the dlcs today wondering which ones were worth playing for a vid, your explanation is a huge help! I'll make sure to view the characters in PS and 3 as their own thing rather than incarnations of the previous games characters. I did get the Pinocchio gun, but the stats were so wild that i immediately looked it up and saw that it was fake lol. Didnt realize the infinity gun was a random drop, figured it was guaranteed from doc mercy, that is pretty lucky! I didnt mention it in the vid but i did eventually also figure out the badass token mechanic around the "the good, the bad, and the Mordecai" quest as well! Thanks again for the advice! 😃
@@varehen the drops for unique and legendary is always around 10%, which is a good number, honestly, but at that point of the game you're not gonna farm that way. BL-PS is gonna be insane with the characters, if you're on pc, I honestly suggest you to download the save editor and test the leveled-up character in later areas to see how they actually handle also, I forgot about the dlc Assault on digistruct peak; being more of a practical dlc, boosting the maximum level the player can reach to 80 and adding the overpower level system, but from a playable content it only adds a new area with a repeatable arena mission from which to farm weapons. it is good for the long haul, but is otherwise gonna get repetitive, especially without a team to run it with
this was like the first time ive ever watched a 30 min+ video all the way through i really enjoyed it, i do have a question though. do you get bored when you plat any of the borderlands games? it seems like when i play them i just get so bored and exit the game after like 5 mins.

Lol tbd, i wanna try and finish presequal, bl3, and some dlcs before bl4 comes out next year. I'm definitely interested in returning to bl2 eventually though!!
The hammerlock sniper from the bullymong quest is ultimately superior to the shotgun claptrap gives you… but claptrap ends up wearing the hair as a mohawk for the majority of the game. Making it almost worth it 😂
this game is not a masterpiece, its a good game for sure, but masterpiece is just no, im sick of the bl2 shills acting like this is a perfect game and its not. only reason its any good now as opposed to back when it launched is cuz most players are on pc and can mod out all the crap base game has. and even then its an ok game, fun, replayable, but by no means a bloody masterpiece

and Sparky Flynt is Captain Flynt's son or nephew I can't remember
