Very natural one with simple and unique architecture. So many trees, plants, fruits, insect varieties like butterflies, jewel beetles, and fireflies are presented here. They also take care of pets. I definitely assure you to its a complete village set up Farm House. You are completely enjoyed well.
Uniqueness of Farm House:
4 members can stay very comfortablely in PICO House. This is also comfortable for 2 couples and 2 kids.
Rent of the PICO House is Rs. 3000/- per day. You will be stay here very peacefully. Nobody disturb you. 2 or 3 labours are there for your help.
Wifi with high speed data.
There also presence of Fruit Garden. They also allow us to plucking of fruits to eat and purchase.
We can cook here by our own with fresh vegetables which are also grow here. Self cooking also included with that 3000 ruppes. And Liquor is not allowed here. We must enjoy here very well.

We stayed here with friends. But one drawback I felt was no cot..we need to sleep on the floor ..of course they provide bed ( mattress)
No attached toilet upstairs.
There is only one toilet in the ground floor.
I have a habit of going to rest room frequently during night time
I had a tough time in getting down the stairs for using toilet..
Next day I felt lot of thigh pain.because of that..
No TV ..
Lots of insects disturbed our sleep during night ( we stayed in December)
Everywhere large french windows / doors in ground floor but no curtains were there.

@@bharathans9769 Hi Bharathan, this is Kiruba, the owner of the farmhouse. Unga kelvi is reasonable. The purpose of the farmhouse is to help get revenue to the farm. Just agriculture alone does not give enough margins to support the costs. Hence, venturing into farm stay. To get a house in the middle of a 13 acre farm, far away from another house does carry a premium. I understand it's not for all. But there are people who truly long for this solitude and it's aloofness. We get requests mainly from city professionals who want to experience this.

Hi Vicky, it's Rs.500 per person per day. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner , morning coffee and evening tea. All home cooked food.
The WiFi is a strong one. We get speeds upwards of 50bps. This is remarkable considering we are in a remote village.

Hahaha...nice one. That said, we have had guests who come from Chrompet and pallavaram. They find it quite convenient as they are able to reach the farm in under 2 hours.

@@mohideenpitchai2080 We have two large ponds and three smaller ponds. The large ponds are great for swimming. This is one of our favourite activities. Especially on hot afternoons, the water is nice and cold.

Hi Subash, we have large beautiful ponds. No swimming pool but our ponds are much larger than a pool. You will enjoy splashing and swimming in it. It is one of our favourite activities.
