Hi 👋 Maria, omg 😱 I didn’t even think about cold 🥶 weather damaging bags. Especially canvas omg 😳 I’ve been getting into Kipling because of its lightweight nylon they have great designs and that monkey 🦍 is adorable. Also, I use Vera Bradley a lot for travel as they are high end cloth. And they have a line that doesn’t have florals. I can through my Vera’ s around and wash them just take out the bottom and bam. No fuss no muss. All your bags are fabulous and I learned something today. Thanks for sharing 👛🛍️🚢🙏🦆
Our Canadian winters have been strange. I grew up in Montreal and the suburbs so I know what Quebec winters are like. I have been living around Toronto for some time but it’s been a very mild winter this year including having a green Christmas which I will never get use to. Usually my winter bags are my Longchamp xs Le pliage, my Longchamp small shoulder Le pliage, my Alma bb in empreinte or my Marc Jacobs mini/micro tote. My Marc Jacobs has been my go to lately. It is in black patent and find the patent great for rain or wet snow. The speedy 20 in DE has been on my mind for some time but I did not stop to consider any potential cracking about -20 degree Celsius or more. Thanks for sharing and stay warm! ❤️

Rest assured, -22 celsius 😉 But either way yes, pretty cold. Grateful that we have been having warmer, even mild weather the past couple days! So out of the ordinary for February, but I’ll take it! 😁 I’m a summer gal at heart, I am sure I will eventually move to a year-round warmer climate. ☀️ I am dreaming of spring! 😍 Thanks for watching my friend! Hi Maria! It hasn’t been cold here at all. I feel sorry for you guys! These are all great picks. I think taking the canvas from hot to cold is what can cause it to crack. The cold hardens the coating and when it warms it expands and it puts stress on it. I don’t think normal cold will do it, but exposure to very cold could eventually hurt it. Have a great weekend!

The weather has been extra cold here this year. We had “feels like” -52 degrees Celsius a few weeks ago! Today I was getting snowed on brushing off my car and thought, “I wonder if this is damaging my Aspinal camera bag?”. Thankfully, it seems okay!
-22 with the wind chill? Holy cow. That’s cold. If we dip below 35 it’s intolerable to me. Great choices. It’s great that you can use the large Longchamp without fussing. I need a bag that I don’t have to worry about. TFS😊
