The way i fixed it is by moving the roller that take the paper. You have to move it up by truning it in order that the paper will be touching the roller. And thank you for this video.

you mean in white all paper or line dots. If the hold or half of paper in white, can be toner contact, if toner good HV(Hight Voltage board problem

if jam paper by pick up roller , you can clean it or change (position) surface of the pick up roller print more no need to change new
