Beautiful knitting! I think you did good to cast-on and knit what you love. I need to get my sewing machine humming again, too. The quilt is going to be very cute!

Such a lovely podcast, so calming. I've been knitting a very old school (1940's) pattern whilst watching. I agree that seaming is no bother though I've only been knitting for three years and learnt the top down method first. I like the fact that all the sections remain a manageable size and that I can compare the knitted sections with well fitting cardigans I own, so I know it will fit well once seamed. The other thing is that the top down jerseys I've knitted have all stretched out for lack of seams. Like you, I also sew, I think it's very helpful to do both, one skill informs another. Your M&M linen looks fabulous, when your cardigan is done you will have a lovely new wardrobe there. That DK cardigan is also in my queue - plain but with nice details, it will be interesting to see what you think of it once you get started. Thanks for taking the time to make these, I really like the fact you don't edit because the effect is much more natural, it feels as if we are in the room with you.
Oh thank you , I find less stitches on the needles more manageable . I do like Kim Hargreaves patterns , it’s more my style . M & M linen is gorgeous and I like the simplicity of their patterns . Thank you for the lovely comments
Hi Suzanne, it's so lovely to see you back! You have some beautiful projects on your needles and I'm looking forward to seeing them finished. Your yarn choices are always so good!
Oh my gosh Suzanne, your hair has grown so much, and it’s beautiful! You have so many projects on the go and then you volunteer for a test knit, you are braver than me, hope all goes well with all your very different projects.
Thank you , I quite like the long hair , you can put it in a bun if it gets on your nerves. I know , too many projects but I’m enjoying the test knit .
Hi Susanne, Lovely podcast as always. I still like to make sweaters and seam them up, have done seamless ones in the round but they don't to fit like the seam ones if that makes sense. Socks are lovely too and I use circular needles as like you can't do magic loop. Take care and stay safe and look forward to your next podcast. Amanda Williamson from Lincolnshire xxxx
It's so nice to see you again! Since you live in Cheshire, you're in the same neck of the woods as Lyndsey, @stitchcreatelove! Have you watched her podcast?
So lovely to see you again. All your projects are looking very nice. I love all your yarn and project bags too. Thank you 😊
