+Nick Chatzikirou Funny how you say you remember the game well, but you spell "Conker" as "Conquer" :P
Regardless, my two cents are that Conker has to be up there with Mario Galaxy 1/2 and Ocarina of Time one of my favourite games ever due not just to the phenomenal gameplay but the fact that Rare had the balls to release this game - a drunk, hungover squirrel as the main character? Rare had nerve alright to release this on the N64. Gameplay was swift, responsive and whilst mature it was quirky and fun too.
It also ran stunningly, with 480p textures (ahead of it's time - fyi 480p didn't become the videogame standard until PS2/XBOX/GC) impressive dynamic lighting and not many frame drops as far as I remember, although I never owned the original.
Holy shit that is cool.

The N64 version had WAY better voice, but I think some of the instrumentation is better in the Xbox version, such as in U-Bend Blues.
