I'm using WSL on windows and Ubuntu 20.04 LTS too, and my files is for Windows (file: PE32 executable (GUI) Intel 80386, for MS Windows, Nullsoft Installer self-extracting archive)
¿What should I do to fix this?

am in kali and i think i have downloaded 32 bit klai but my computer is 64bit so can it work??

nope. even if your device is 64 bits, it will still behave as a 32 bit device because you have a 32 bit system installed. i suggest installing a 64 bit system
